Fresh Loaf! This is a text post about baking bread!
For the first time, I baked a small loaf of bread for lunch today. I thought the dough was meant to rise a lot higher but it turned out fine, though a little dense. I kind of cheated as Anthony made the dough earlier in the week and kept it refrigerated!
All I needed to do was take what I needed, warmed it up ( which just involved light kneading), shaped the dough and let it rise for half hour before placing it in a preheated oven at 425°F.
